With the timber shortage causing huge delays and price increases during 2020-2021, some major homebuilders approached ISG Architectural to provide a steel frame solution. After visiting our 26,000M² factory on the 6.6ha stand in Melbourne they were assured that we are able to look after their steel framing requirements.

Since November 2021 ISG has supplied in excess of 59 single storey houses delivered on time and within budget all across Melbourne from Lara to Sorrento and everywhere in between. Supplying our clients with a steel frame and structural steel solution on has given the clients the solution they were looking for.

We have supplied around 140,928 lm of Truecore steel across 59 separate projects for this builder.
